Character & Prop Rigging

Rigging done in Maya using joints, deformers, muscle systems, and python scripting.

Dynamic Bug Rig and Gun Rig


This Rig has it all! It’s fully scalable with IK/FK everything (spine, hands/feet, legs, arms, tongue) and intuitive switch controls. Wings and antenna can be animated manually or set to move dynamically with the rest of the body. Multiple space switching options and prop pinning controls to make snapping accessories in the hands a sinch! The Gun Rig also has snap / parent controls for easing the constraint process.


This Rig is optimized for gaming and ready to be imported into your favorite game engine (Unity or Unreal). Additionally, as a result of a properly labeled joint system, the rig can accommodate motion capture data.

Cartoony Rig


This cartoony rig includes everything you need to make a fun and bold animation! This rig is fully scalable and includes IK/FK arms/legs/spine, stretchy arms/legs, elbow/knee lock, no-flip IK/FK legs, expression based foot controls, and deformation ribbon controls for the whole body.

Quick Rig


This bones rig was created solely with joint groups. The best part… no painting weights! Although this rig was created quickly, don’t be fooled. This bone rig includes all of the necessities required to make a beautiful and engaging animation.

Advanced Ball Rig


While a ball may be an ordinary simple prop, its for that exact reason why it needs a souped-up rig! Bounce, stretch, spin, bend, pull, push, jiggle… this rig does it all! It even turns into a slinky :)

Umbrella Rig


Is your character ready to fly away! Then, this rig is for you! This rig includes all of the bells and whistles, so you can focus on your character!
